There are no scheduled flights from Cardiff or Wales to the US so the only flight is the seasonal charter flight from Cardiff to Orlando run by Thomas Cook above. The nearest other option to get to the States is the direct service from Bristol to New York on Continental. You can of course change in New York if you're going further afield.
The other option of course is to travel to London and get a flight from London to the US. There are direct flights from London to destinations all over the States.
